However, typographical oversights, display variations, or clerical inaccuracies may occasionally arise. 3. Order Processing & Logistical Schedules

  • Fulfillment Preparation: Placed orders undergo customer details review, inventory allocation, and protective packaging within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Order Acceptance Discretion: The submission of an order request serves as an offer to buy and does not constitute a guaranteed sales contract. We reserve the authority to hold, decline, or cancel orders resulting from stock shortages, unverifiable recipient data, or suspected irregular order activity.

  • Logistics Transit Duration: Following departure from our fulfillment center, standard carrier transit to your designated address in Austria and supported territories typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Published shipping windows represent operational estimates and may fluctuate due to customs assessments, seasonal transportation backlogs, or adverse weather conditions.

4. Exclusive Settlement Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • Zero Advance Online Payments: We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Our platform does not accept, require, or support credit cards, debit cards, electronic bank wires, or virtual wallet checkouts.

  • Inspection Before Handover: No money is charged in advance. You retain the right to inspect your parcel upon arrival and deliver the exact physical cash amount straight to the courier representative.

  • Transparent Pricing: If you decide to refuse the package at your doorstep or submit an approved return, we assess no hidden administrative surcharges, cancellation fees, or return penalties.

5. Statutory Return Window & Cancellation Rights

  • 14-Day Return Window: You possess the statutory consumer entitlement to request an authorized return and refund within 14 calendar days counting from the day your consignment is physically delivered.

  • Merchandise Condition Standards: Returned items must remain completely clean, unused, unaltered, and retained in their intact original manufacturer packaging alongside all provided accessories, manuals, and documentation. Return instructions and approved facility routing must be arranged in advance via our support desk.

6. User Conduct & Storefront Integrity

Users agree not to misuse this website for unlawful purposes, submit false or misleading recipient profiles, place bad-faith or abusive Cash on Delivery requests, compromise platform security architecture, or deploy unauthorized scripts. Violations may result in the immediate voiding of orders and a permanent restriction on storefront privileges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
